Storage
- All meat products must be refrigerated immediately. Safe meat storage is under 5 degrees. In fridges place in meat area for best chill.
- Freezing is recommended if not planned on consuming within 2 days.
Returns / Refunds Policy
- You must notify us of an issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We do not accept refunds for change of mind after purchase.
- You are unable to return products if you have placed an order for the incorrect item. Please ensure you double check your order before check out.
- We are unable to provide a refund because you found it cheaper at another store.
- Deliveries that have been confirmed with you prior to delivery date will be at customers expense for re-delivery.
- Once you have cooked it you are unable to claim for a refund or return.
Authority to leave order unattended
- All our deliveries are made in a licensed meat transport vehicle which means they are refrigerated and in correct temperature for freshness.
- Please note if we are instructed to leave unattended we cannot take any responsibility for the temperature/ shelf life after delivery.
